Kindly note that the power at Cape Town Terminal has been fully restored and the booking system is now up and running. Please note that any bookings that were in the system prior to the power outage would have been cancelled and new booking appointments would need to made.
An advisory has gone out regarding the Maersk Chennai which has sailed from Cape Town without undergoing any operations due to the power outage. All exports which should have been loaded on the Maersk Chennai is currently being transferred to the Bermuda 149E, no stack extension will be granted for the Bermuda.
The Dal Kalahari is currently in port alongside and working and will be followed by the Santa Isabel which will berth ahead of the Christmas closures. Kindly note that we will not be extending any stacks for the Santa Isabel and will not be able to approve any LAR’s for DRY units for this vessel.
