At Maersk, we want to ensure you can always amend your booking information easily every step of the way. Based on your valuable customer feedback, we enhanced the solution and made it even better by introducing Instant online booking amendments.
Accordingly, effective 17th of January 2022, we will no longer accept manual requests for Booking Cancellation and Booking Amendments.
By amending and cancelling your booking via website, your request will be processed in less than one hour compared to the manual channel where the turn time is 8 working hours.
