Kindly be informed that as from 01/01/2022 the way of communicating the cut-offs of the vessels and the missing information of your shipments will change.
Up until now you were receiving a proactive e- mail with initial cut-off of vessels and as deadlines were approaching, Customer Experience team used to call you for bookings that were missing mandatory loading information (such as VGM and Shipping Instructions).
We have identified that, in most cases connecting with you via phone was leading to delays and miscommunication making the process inefficient.
New Process
As a result, those calls will be replaced by a second e-mail with update in deadlines ( if any ) giving us the chance to communicate the information faster to you.
All e-mails will include shipment and container numbers, if they are already linked / picked-up, while will show any mandatory information missing for the loading process.
Receiver of these mails will always be the Booked by party and more specific the responsible dedicated contact submitted on the booking process.
IMPORTANT: Please note that failing to meet deadline requirements will lead to reschedule of your shipments to the next available sailing.
