APMM Network update to port of Immingham
As part of APMM’s goal to streamline and optimise our global logistical network, the service calling the port of Immingham will no longer be operational as of February 01, 2022.
Your partnership remains of the utmost importance to us, and as your integrated logistics partner, our aim is to assist you in building a more efficient supply chain. Our belief is that by aligning specific services to dedicated ports, we can improve our overall customer offering, all whilst reducing our carbon footprint.
Please be assured that should you have cargo at sea or in port readying for transhipment, we have made sure that all containers currently being shipped to or from Immingham, will be unloaded or shipped to destination in the timeframe. Should any change arise pertaining to date or overall situation, we will make sure to inform you immediately.
Whilst the port of Immingham will no longer be part of the Maersk ocean products offered through APMM, we will continue to support and strengthen your logistical needs through the nearby port of Hull, as well as through our other inland offerings.
As stated above, we will no longer service Immingham as of February 01, 2022. Import empty returns can be delivered to Immingham until February 04, 2022. After that, all empty returns must be delivered directly to Hull.
We thank you for your trust and loyalty and look forward in continuing to assist and work with you on all matters pertaining to your logistical needs.
Should you have any further questions, please contact your local Maersk professional. Our customer service and commercial teams are always available to support should you need assistance.
