Rail service disruption in Spain

In light of the announced strike of the rail operators sector in Spain, were the movement of containers will become a challenge on the given dates from the 30th of September until the 12th of October.

We would like to inform you that due to these external reasons where Maersk has no control our transport plan will also be impacted. We are working on alternative solutions but it is possible that your transport suffers delays.

In order to mitigate the impact we recommend you to plan in advance and consider trucking transportation instead. Please ensure you also request your alternative transport mode in advance so that we can confirm availability.
