Booking Coordination fee - Czech Republic and Slovakia

In order to improve our truck availability and reliability, we would like to inform you about new charge for Czech Republic and Slovakia as from October 1st, 2021.

Booking Coordination Fee : 50 EUR/cntr./change

Applicable for changes of stuffing/unloading address or time after day A 10.00 for stuffing/unloading day B.

The charge should increase the importance to provide correct information latest till 10.00 day A for day B stuffing/ unloading. After this hour our execution team starts allocating the orders to truckers, informs terminals, trucking companies prepare their plans for next day, share the details with drivers, some containers can also be picked up later in the afternoon based on provided plan etc.. Any change which comes after 10.00 causes lot of rework, not only to our team but also to truckers.
