Thank you for using Maersk service. We at Maersk constantly strive to improve our service to our customers. We would like to reshare information related cancellation equipment fee.
In case customers already picked up the container then need to cancel, the equipment cancellation fee will be applied as below
- Dry container: IDR 350.000/box/day
- Reefer container: IDR 1.000.000/box/day
Charges will be calculate start from container pick up until container return to Depot.
Customers need to pay above mentioned surcharges directly at same depot when return the said container. This is applicable for all Indonesia port.
Note : This charges excluded other charges that might impact due to cancellation equipment fee.
