Import Manifest goes live on Maersk

Additionally, you can also raise CFS / HSS Manifest / HBL Manifest requests via this platform.

CFS Manifest Request Form – appears on selecting “Create CFS“ button.
Booking related information will be prepopulated. Enter the details and select the preferred movement & CFS name from the drop down. Attach the documents and click save. CFS Summary page displays all information updated in the CFS form for cross checking. Click on the “Submit” button to place the request.

HSS Manifest Request Form– appears on selecting the” Create HSS” button
All booking related information will be auto populated in the form. Requestor details needs to be filled in and click “Save and Continue” Button to navigate to Parties Screen. Fill the form with the party details and upload the relevant documents. Click the “Save And Continue” Button to move to the summary page.

HBL Manifest Request Form – appears on clicking “Create HBL” button
All booking & container related information will be prepopulated. Enter the HBL number and click on “ADD HBL” button. Select/Unselect the container associated with the HBL (in case of creating Multiple House bills). Add party details & requestor information. Upload required documents Click “Submit Manifest Request” Button to place the request. “View HBL” will provide a summary of the HBL details filled for cross checking.

Once the request is processed, the relevant status would be updated on the status page. For rejected scenario, the comments would be available on the icon and an email would be sent to the requestor.

Note: In case the deadline for submitting the request has expired, the request button would be greyed out displaying “Deadline Passed”.

Status Page – View IGM
Once the IGM is filed, the IGM number and date would reflect on the status page. More details can be viewed by clicking the “View IGM” Button.
