Portugal new empty return process

Please be informed that from February 08th we will have some updates in our empty delivery process and documentation

  • Will be mandatory to present the Delivery Order to the depot in the moment unit return.
  • Even if the unit is going to be delivered in a different week, it is needed to consider the depot mentioned in the Delivery Order.
