Christmas Eve and New Years Eve – Portugal Update
During the special Christmas period we would like to inform that during the 24/12 and on 31/12 we have changed business hours of our Customer Experience teams who will be available on both days, from 09:30 until 12:30, via our usual channels (phone, mail and Live Chat).
Please kindly plan your interactions with Customer Experience accordingly to make sure all urgent cases are notified to us no later than on 23/12 and 30/12 as needed. Please also note that all your deliveries and pickups on 24/12 and 31/12 will be planned accordingly and there will be people on duty in case any disruptions.
