With our continuous enhancements in our booking platform, booking amendment can be done via various e-channels (Maersk website, EDI and INTTRA). These platforms allow you to have seamless experience from the request of booking amendment to the booking confirmation without effort to follow up via e-mail.
We are implementing Manual Booking Amendment Fee, effective on price calculation date 15th January 2021 for any amendments requested via non e-channels. We would like to encourage our customers to arrange amendments via online platforms to avoid incurring this charge.
The charge details are as following
Scope: Singapore to World
Effective Date: Price calculation date 15th January 2021
Surcharge name: Manual Booking Amendment Fee
Surcharge tariff: SGD 50/Amendment Request
