With that goal in mind we are happy to introduce our Self-service Delivery order (SSDO) platform. Same will help us manage your delivery requests in a better and more efficient manner.

Effective 5th October, we will be migrating to the SSDO platform completely. Hence, we will no longer process Delivery Order Requests via email. In the meantime, we kindly encourage you to get registered on Maersk website and familiarize yourself at the earliest with SSDO setup if not already done.

How would this new service benefit you?

  • No need to send emails, you can access the SSDO option on the website anywhere and place DO requests on the go.
  • Case created for easy reference of your request status.
  • Easily upload your proof of payment and authorize 3rd parties to request DO on your behalf
  • Place request for SD movement by truck
