Maersk constantly strives to review and improve our internal policies in order to remain a reliable business partner for you.
To continue offering our broad portfolio of services and high level of reliability, we endeavour to maintain timely document issuance service so that you can receive your cargo in time. While we are tirelessly working towards improving our services, we solicit your support in ensuring all the unpaid import invoices are settled immediately on the invoice due date. To cover additional costs associated to delayed payments of invoices, Maersk will be charging a Late Payment Fee of USD 100 per invoice with effect from 1st September 2020.
This Fee is applicable on Import Shipments for Cash customers for Freight & Local charge invoices.
