Update for Reefer Cargo into Yantian

Summary: We are accepting reefer shipments booked to Yantian without charging a congestion fee (CFD).

The reefer plug utilization has improved in the port of Yantian. In light of these developments, we are accepting reefer shipments booked to Yantian without charging a congestion fee (CFD). This is applicable to ALL reefer import cargo with Price Calculation Date (PCD) effective from 27th July 2020.
