Change in email address for payment application & issue receipts

We would like to inform you that from 19 July 2020, will be decommissioned. This is part of the system simplification to help you serve better.

All Payment application, Receipt Issuance related queries can now be sent to our customer service Business address (For Maersk shipments only).

P.S.: In order to serve you better and faster, we would advise to mention the word " Payment Receipt " in subject of your email for Payment/receipt related queries.
