Train congestion at CZ/DE border

Due to constructions works and technical accident occurred yesterday (damaged safety equipment - automatic block signaling at route Děčín – Bad Schandau), our trains from/to Bremerhaven to/from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and delayed up to 2 days now.
