Protected Industrial Action – DPW Terminals Australia

Maersk have been informed that DP World Australia has received Protected Industrial Action notices from the CFMMEU for each of their Australian terminals this week.
Terminal operations at each location will cease for a period of 48 hours in Brisbane, Sydney and Fremantle, and 96 hours in Melbourne, planned as follows:

• Monday 8^th of July 2019 – Brisbane from 0600 for 48 hours
• Wednesday 10^th of July – Melbourne from 0600 for 96 hours
• Thursday 11^th of July – Fremantle from 0600 for 48 hours
• Thursday 11^th of July – Sydney from 0600 for 48 hours

Based on the above, we expect the below vessels to be affected.  We will communicate the confirmed impact separately, on an individual vessel basis.

Brisbane
Aglaia v.060 – Omitting Brisbane
Northern Precision v.904 – 12^th July 0600 – 13^th July 0600

Melbourne
Cosco Felixstowe v.146 – 10^th of July 0600 – 11^th July 1400
YM Eternity v.79 – 14^th of July 2200 – 16^th of July 0600
Merkur Ocean v.929 – 15^th of July 0600 – 16^th of July 0600

Sydney
YM Eternity v.79 – 11^th of July 0600 – 12^th of July 2200
ANL Warrnambool v.928 – 13^th of July – 14^th of July 1400
