At Maersk, we constantly strive to improve our customers’ experience. To offer more ease of doing business and enhance better customer experience, recently we have combined the booking journey in Maersk website.
To simplify your booking experience, we’re offering a tutorial video to guide you book through the new user interface in Maersk website.
You can follow below steps to place your instant bookings.
Step 1
Go to Maersk website and make sure you are logged in. Click BOOK Tab (New booking, Duplicate booking).
Step 2
Input your booking details in this page, no matter what type of booking you intend to place. (Maersk Spot, non Maersk Spot, dry, reefer, market rate booking or contract booking, etc).
Please take it easy if you see the new interface compared with the previous version. All you need to do is to complete your booking details , then click CONTINUE.
Step 3
The SELECT SAILING page will display all the options available based on your booking Information submission. If you have contract with us, we offer you both Contract rate and or Maersk Spot rate. If you have no contract with us, we offer you both Market Rate and or Maersk Spot rate.
You can click the details (red circle) to see the full price breakdown of each product, and you will be able to view the details for all the products shown on the page.
- Maersk Spot Rate is offering you a fixed price at booking and guranteed loading. But it’s subject to amendment or cancellation or no-show fees if you request to make amendment or cancellation or no-show on your confirmed bookings. Please review the full Maersk Spot Terms and Conditions for details and fee schedules. The terms and conditions are available at Terms Spot Booking.
- Contract Rate: Agreed rates prior to booking. (Kindly indicate correct Price Owner and Service Contract number upon booking)
Step 4
Now you can select your preferred sailing product and click BOOK. You can continue the booking by completing the ADDITIONAL DETAILS information.
