Please note effective July 15, 2023 our Live Agent Chat and phone lines will be available from Monday – Friday starting at 9:00AM to 12:30PM and 1:30PM to 5:30PM except Friday until 5:00PM only. The Singapore Customer Experience team will be there happy to assist you.
