Philippines revised guidelines on the implementation of mandatory weighing of Export containers

Manila International Container Terminal and Asian Terminals Incorporated will be imposing the shutout fees for measured weights (weight taken upon arrival at the terminal) that are above or below 1,500 kilograms from the Shippers Declared VGM Effective 16 June 2021.

This is in compliance of the recently released PPA Administrative Order 02-2021 “Revised Guidelines on the Implementation of Mandatory Weighing of Export Containers”.

Please note as well that only those with settled shutout fees will be included in the loading plan of the vessel.
