Additional Export Service (ASE) – Penang, Malaysia Export to Intra-Asia Countries

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is implementing Additional Export Service (ASE) from Penang, Malaysia to Intra-Asia countries effective Price Calculation Date 1st Sep2024 for all dry containers.

Scope: Penang, Malaysia to Intra-Asia countries
Charge: Additional Export Service (ASE)
Effective: Price Calculation Date 1st Sep 2024

The tariff levels are as follows:

Charge Basis : Per Container

Additional Export Service (ASE) will be applied when a customer requests to move containers to a rail depot in Seberang Prai.

Intra-Asia Countries are China, Taiwan China, Hong Kong China, Japan, Korea South, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Timor Leste, Brunei, Bangladesh.

• The above rates are also subject to other applicable surcharges, including local charges and contingency charges.
• These rates are unaffected by, and do not affect, any tariff notified, published or filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
