We would like to inform you that starting from July 20th, 2023, there will be a change in our export freight payment process for shipments originating from Ethiopia. Instead of this payment being made at the origin, the export freight will now be collected at the destination and below is the process to follow.
This change only applies to the freight charges and all document and other services fees will still need to be paid in Ethiopia.
We plan to keep you promptly updated on any future updates or changes related to this subject with an aim to keep your supply chain moving.
