EDO Policy Change - Philippines

Here at Maersk, we are continuously striving to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers.

Starting July 1, 2020, Delivery Order must be requested through Maersk website.

For you to be properly guided, attached here are the procedures on website registration and how to request delivery order.

Only revalidation of delivery order request should be sent via email at ph.import@maersk.com.

Moreover, if Delivery Order was not provided due to different scenarios (HOLD Order, Container is still loaded, Incomplete requirements) but have already sent the delivery order via website and case is already closed, below procedures should be followed

Scenario: Account in HOLD

• Contact Collection team to lift the hold order from your account. Finance hotline: +63 2 8689 9090
• Send a confirmation email to ph.import@maersk.com with below format
  Subject: SSDO Lifted Hold Order BL# _________

Content

• You are already lifted as coordinated/advised by collection team.
• Previous SSDO Case Number

Scenario: Container is still loaded

• Send an email to ph.import@maersk.com with below format
  Subject: SSDO Container already discharged BL#

Content

• Previous SSDO Case Number
• Required documents (LOA, OR, CG)

Scenario: Incomplete/No Requirements

• Send an email to ph.import@maersk.com with below format
  Subject: SSDO Request with Complete Requirements BL#

Content

• Previous SSDO Case Number
• Required documents (LOA, OR, CG)

Scenario: Pending Account registration approval

• Send an email to ph.import@maersk.com with below format
  Subject: DO Request due to registration in process | BL#

Content

• Required documents (LOA, OR, CG)

Further, please see below turntime for your reference

• Business schedule remains Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Turntime remains at 2 working hours for both
  • New EDO request via website
  • Revalidation request via business email ph.import@maersk.com
