It was announced that the Ministry of Transport Malaysia has allowed container movement of all goods between Friday, 27th March until Sunday, 29th March. This is applicable for containers in Port Klang, Penang, Tanjung Pelepas and Pasir Gudang container yards.
In order to support you during this time, we will extend our documentation counter hours as below.
Maersk Malaysia Counters will open for OBL surrender on Saturday, 28th March 2020, from 9.30 am to 12.30pm.

To make it easier for you to manage situations remotely, please do
- surrender original bills at our dropbox at the stipulated hours with a copy of Electronic Delivery Order (EDO) and Letter of Authority (LOA)
- continue to submit any proof of payment as usual, via myFinance.
- delivery order requests can be raised via our self-service portal on Maersk.com
