According to the Resolution No. 10/2020/NQ-HDND issued 9th Dec 2020 by Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) People’s Committee, effective from 01 Apr 2022, Infrastructure Fee will be collected for all import, export, bonded, in transit, trans-shipped shipments in/out HCMC.
The new regulation covers all shipments from/to Cambodia via Ho Chi Minh City Sea ports.
To facilitate customers business, we would like to announce new value-added surcharges which are a payment on behalf of exporter/importer to Vietnam Government authorities for shipments transshipped in/out HCMC as follow:
