De-biasing our recruitment process
At MMC, we are on a mission to become truly diverse, but why do diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) matter to us? Equity means everyone has access to the same opportunities regardless of background or circumstances, and we take great pride in offering the same opportunities to all our employees. We aim to create a workplace where everyone feel safe to bring their authentic selves and contribute with their specific strengths, making inclusiveness a big deal to us.
