We know that plans can change and sometimes you need to cancel your booking. Cancelling a booking online can be done in a couple of minutes, saving you considerable time compared to emailing us.

1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
2. In the shipment summary bar at the top of the page, select Cancel.
3. Provide a reason for cancelling from the dropdown and add any additional comments.
4. Click Cancel Now to complete the process.
