Effective from 15th of September 2020, BKA - Booking Agent Fee will be renamed with “OBK - Origin Booking Services” and “DBK- Destination Booking Services”.
With Origin and Destination Booking Services, customers gain time and cost savings. Customers use a single point of contact Maersk employee acting on their behalf to simplify documentation management and stakeholder coordination. No need for the customer to be tied up in administrative issues associated to booking activities at origin or destination.
There is no change in the amount for this service in this renaming exercise.
