I am getting an error message when I try to proceed with an amendment. Why?

Some changes are limited due to operational complications, especially when there are containers linked to the booking. For example, a change of origin or equipment after the container has been pickup is not allowed.

In such cases, specific parameters would be greyed out on the portal. For further support in these cases please contact us by Case Management.
