What can I do if I have an issue receiving notifications?
If you are not receiving notifications, there may be a couple of reasons for this.
- To begin, please check that the notifications are not going to your Junk or Spam email folders.
- Next, please check the notification settings at subscriptions
- If you are still not receiving notifications, then please contact our Chat team for immediate support by clicking the chat icon located in the bottom-right corner, or visit chat and follow the steps and a team member will assist you in real time.
