Which party will receive the refund of the Credit Note, if requested online?

If you have a refundable Credit Note, then you can go to MyFinance to request a refund. If you are Customer, you will receive the refund in the bank account you have linked to your profile. In some countries, if the refund should go to your Agent/Third Party, you can also choose to 'Refund to third party' in the refund request.
