Is there an option for customer who are not party to shipment to view, download invoices on behalf of?

Yes, there is option to view, download and email invoices. If you go to the "see more" tab in MyFinance you can select "3rd party agent solution".

  • Once logged in using your customer code, click on search tab.
  • Choose role *i'm an agent*.
  • Search basis invoice or bill of lading no.
  • Invoice type as local are easily accessible. Freight and Demurrage/Detention invoices are restricted and will have to go through an online approval process.
