There are valid reasons for data not being immediately available in Captain Peter:

  • Container is not equipped with a transmitting device (2% of our reefer fleet is not RCM-enabled)
  • Container is onboard a vessel without satelitte connectivity (e.g. partner vessel or charter vessel)
  • Container is not plugged into a power source and/or not turned on

All customers who have purchased the Premium or Integrated package will have the option to request the support team for a manual datalog retrieval if no data is available upon journey completion. Please note this can take time as it needs to be coordinated with resources on ground.
