Основные правила приема контейнеров в сток клиента:
- Прием контейнеров, прибывших к воротам терминала по инструкции, организуется силами экспортного клиента.
- В случае отбраковки контейнеров Терминал ставит переадресацию в товаросопроводительных документах в соответствии с общепринятыми правилами и действующим законодательством. Адрес переадресации заранее письменно согласуется экспортным клиентом с отделом оборудования Маэрск.
- Экспортный клиент несет всю ответственность за корректный прием оборудования с момента прибытия а/м с контейнером к воротам терминала.
- Экспортный клиент несет материальную ответственность за оборудование с момента его приема в рамках Генерального обязательства и действующего законодательства.
- Исчисление экспортного детеншена начинается с момента приема контейнера в сток в соответствии с Генеральным обязательством.
- В случае отказа от приема оборудования на Терминал, некорректной переадресации, сверхнормативных задержек по обработке контейнеров и др. экспортный клиент обязуется возместить все возникшие расходы Линии, связанные с перемещением контейнеров в надлежащий сток, с компенсацией простоев и задержек импортного клиента, и оплатить штраф в размере 300 долларов США за каждый контейнер.
- Экспортный клиент обязуется ежедневно (включая выходные дни) присылать сводку по принятым контейнерам в форме, предоставленной отделом оборудования на адрес RUSOPSINTEQU@maersk.com.
- Экспортный клиент понимает, что в случае сдачи контейнеров в стоки не Маэрск (стоки Экспортного клиента), Линия не может 100% гарантировать сдачу оборудования в полном объеме к оговоренному сроку, т. К. процесс сдачи происходит под контролем Импортного клиента, а не Линии.
- В случае нехватки оборудования в стоках Экспортного клиента к оговоренному сроку, Линия готова рассмотреть возможность выдачи контейнеров с линейных терминалов (БРК, БРК2, Роконорд и др.), чтобы покрыть запрос в полном объеме. Вывоз в таком случае осуществляется силами Экспортного клиента.
- Просим Вас учесть, что если в заявках на выделение порожнего оборудования на текущую неделю указано меньшее количество контейнеров, чем при размещении FC на эту неделю, то невостребованные контейнеры автоматически не переносятся на следующую календарную неделю. Поэтому просим Вас своевременно переносить Ваши заявки.
PLP terminal: Empty containers pick up procedure
If export customer has a direct agreement with PLP and own quotas for containers at PLP stock, then empty containers will be positioned to PLP to the stock of the customers. Lift costs at PLP terminal will not be compensated by Maersk.
For the customers who do not have direct agreements with PLP and own quotas, empty containers will be positioned to Maersk stock at PLP with collection of Lift on/Lift off charge (HDL) USD 90 per container from export customers starting from 01 March .
PLP terminal: Export Documentation and Bookings
Maersk wishes to advise our customers to pay special attention to the documents and bookings of export containers from PLP terminal.
In order to submit timely information to PLP terminal to secure loading of export containers on preliminary planned vessel and to avoid additional expenses related to re-booking and extra moves, please kindly follow the below mentioned procedure:
- Please inform us about the date of full export containers arrival to PLP terminal not later than 12.00 of the day before planned gate-in date (for example, if gate-in to PLP is planned on the 14th, then please inform us about same prior 12-00 on the 13th).
- For railway shipments please remember to advise us container numbers prior above mentioned deadline. Container number should be linked to particular booking number. It is necessary to advise Forwarder at PLP per particular booking as well. A forwarder in a railway bill or in a CMR should be the same as the forwarder stated in the booking. Therefore when sending export booking request to Maersk, please always inform us who shall be the forwarder at PLP. PLP documentation centre will not release original export documents to the forwarder until this information is clarified.
- All amendments per bookings, which are being requested after loading of electronic information to PLP database (ePortal), cause additional expenses. Amount of those expenses depends on container status and availability of information on ePortal (for example, change of container numbers per booking, change of Forwarder, bookings split/combine, change of discharge port, etc).
- Send us a written confirmation from shipper/forwarder that railway bills for empty platforms have been made in ETRAN system, not less than 3 days prior ETA of export containers by railway to PLP terminal.
Export Booking Standard Operating Procedures
Booking acknowledgement confirms receipt of the booking request by the Maersk
Customer Service and contains preliminary transport plan which is still subject to space availability.
For units, arriving to St Petersburg port by rail, containers numbers are mandatory.
Deadline for bookings confirmation is 48 hours starting from booking receipt. This is still subject to additional space checking availability and IMO cargo approval by coordinator.

Release of empty equipment for export
Equipment forecast should be submitted every Monday at 17-00 pm latest. This means that forecasted equipment can be released to customers beginning from Monday of next week, subject to equipment availability.

- Lashing scheme and routing coordination with State departments of oversized cargo dispatch procedure may take up to 3 weeks for all Russian ports. The customer is responsible for demurrage accrued in the relay port. Terminal handling charge for oversized cargo - USD 400 per container. Export shipments of oversized cargo are allowed provided that Terminal approval is obtained in advance.
- Oversized / Dangerous cargo is accepted on case by case basis and subject to Maersk approval.
- Excise commodities: Subject to Maersk approval. Port acceptance CY only.
- Increasing coefficient (1.5) is applying to the following rates:rates:
- Extra move in the yard for whatsoever reason (survey)
- Operations with cargo carried out for commercial purpose (examination, weighting, restuffing)
- Hazardous cargo is not accepted at Petrolesport terminal
- Maximum acceptable payload is 25 metric tons for road delivery. For CY, max allowed weight is restricted by payload of container
- Hazardous cargo and special cargo (e.g scrap metal) are not accepted at Baltiysk terminal, Kaliningrad
