Billing Simplified with Maersk’s MyFinance

The dashboard tab helps manage your cash flow. It provides a summary of the user's account, including outstanding bills, overdue invoices, and categorized graphs showing all statuses. The search bar on every tab allows users to search invoices using invoice number, bill of lading number, or dispute ID. It gives you an overview of your invoices and disputes as well as a brief timeline analysis.

Note: All the tabs also have the option to export all to download the data shown on the screen in a spreadsheet format.

This section displays all your current outstanding invoices. Sorting options include Due Date, Invoice Date, and Invoice Amount. Additionally, you may filter the results by applying a date range or invoice type. This section is completely customizable and can help you select, download, share, and pay multiple invoices simultaneously.

• To view an invoice, click on the invoice number, and your invoice will open in a tab at the bottom. You can download your invoice from this tab or select your invoice on the Open tab and click on the download icon on the panel below.
• You can also share the invoice with up to five people via email. Select the invoice and click the envelope icon on the panel below to open a dialog box. You can enter up to five email ids with which to share your invoices.
• You can also pay your outstanding invoices using the pay button on the panel. MyFinance portal offers two modes of payment which we will discuss later.

The Overdue tab is similar to the Open tab, focusing on invoices where the due date is in the past. You can sort and filter the results in the same manner as the other tabs.

This section displays all the invoices that have been paid. It shows the invoice number, bill of lading number, customer reference number, date of payment, paid amount, payment receipt, and payment status. You can choose to sort and filter the results according to your needs.

Like previous tabs, you can select, share and download multiple invoices using the panel below. You can also download your payment receipt by clicking the payment receipt number.

In this tab, you can view all the disputed invoices along with their case ID, invoice number, bill of lading (BoL) number, disputed amount, due date, the reason, and the current status of the dispute. You can also filter the invoices based on these fields according to your specific needs.

• To monitor the progress of an individual dispute or add comments/attachments, click on the respective case ID.
• It will lead you to a section where you will get an overview of the disputed invoice, track its progress, provide comments, or attach relevant documents.
• Our dispute agents will review your comments and assist you further in the Dispute Activity section.

This section will summarize your due balance and generate an online statement based on all your open invoices and credits. You can download your e-statement as a spreadsheet using the Export e-statement option in the top right corner of the screen.

MyFinance accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards for invoice settlement. You can pay using multiple credit cards as well. Save your credit card details for future transactions on our portal for faster and hassle-free payments.

Note: The only downside to using a credit card is the convenience fee and the surcharges.

To utilize the SmartPay feature, setting up a bank account before making payments is necessary.

• To set up a bank account, navigate to the My Account section, select settings, and then proceed to the Payment Setup tab.
• Next, click the Add Bank Account button and provide the necessary bank details.
• After processing the information, your bank account will be integrated into our system within one business day.
• Once your bank account is set up, you will see the SmartPay option on your payment screen next to the credit card option.

Note: You can also include multiple bank accounts for direct transfers. It is important to note that, unlike the credit card option, no convenience fees will be incurred when using the direct bank transfer feature.
