Working with us
Here you can learn more about what's it like to work and grow with us, our commitment to creating a truly diverse and inclusive workplace and our range of excellent benefits.
Diversity and Inclusion
At Maersk, we're building a culture where everyone can feel at home. We don't just work across continents, we work across different genders, generations, cultures, sexual orientations, religions, disabilities and perspectives.
Together, we succeed as one global team. We want to encourage innovation and empower our teams to share new ways of thinking, making the most of our diverse talents. But it’s also about feeling involved and encouraged to be yourself.
We’re excited for you to become part of our team and fully join in the adventure ahead.
International Women's Day 2022
Gender diversity has been and continues to be a priority for Maersk’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda and we use International Women’s Day as a platform to highlight these challenges faced by women in our industry and progress along the way.
The Transport & Logistics industry has traditionally been a male dominated industry, and this is no different for Maersk. For a number of years we have focused on increasing the representation of women at all levels. Our ambition to increase gender diversity at all levels has now been elevated in 2022 as a key driver into our Environment, Social and Governance strategy.
Together we can forge gender equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

She trades
In 2018, ITC SheTrades and Maersk launched a partnership to help female entrepreneurs who use logistics and shipping. Why have we partnered? Many female-led businesses face a variety of export barriers, so we've offered our tools and services to accelerate growth and provide access to new global markets.
