How to book Cargo Care

You can have Cargo Care included in your contractual agreement before booking.
The prices for contractual booking are listed below:

How to submit a claim?

Please inform us immediately if you find your cargo is damaged or lost by following the steps below:

Fill out the claim form and send the first notification of loss
Download and fill up the claim form. Send the completed claim form to cargocareclaims@maersk.com with your Bill of Lading (BL) or shipment number.

Gather your documents
Please use the checklist in the claim form to ensure all the documentation is in order before submitting the claim. We can only process the claim once all the required documents are received.

Receive an answer
We will notify you once our team has received all the necessary documents to assess your claim.
