How do I submit payment a remittance proof/ proof of payment receipt on MyFinance?
You can submit your payment remittance proof/ proof of payment receipt on MyFinance, currently for the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and UAE.
- Log into Maersk.com and navigate to MyFinance.
- Select one or more invoices in the same currency and same business area, which have not been paid yet, and click on the 'Upload Proof of Payment(s)' button from the toolbar.
- Complete the required information on the page, and upload your Proof of Payment documentation to submit the Proof of Payment.
- You will receive an email when your submission is approved or rejected.
