What does warehouse-to-warehouse mean?
"Warehouse-to-warehouse" refers to insurance coverage that begins when goods leave the origin warehouse and ends when they arrive at the final destination. However, the actual coverage depends on the terms of sale (e.g., FOB, CIF). Coverage only applies if the insured party is responsible for it under the sales agreement. The start and end points may be inland, far from the ports.
