Why would I consider storing a loaded container in a depot as opposed to the terminal or the cargo in a warehouse?
You might need: Short term storage to manage factory space, short term storage due to terminal congestion, your cargo might be in transit, awaiting custom clearance or you might need temporary storage prior breaking the truck load into LCL shipments. The storage cost is lower for Depot.
