Are Lock Rates and Soft bookings still available on Maersk Go?
No, you can no longer access the locked rate feature or soft booking feature on Maersk Go. However, we are pleased to give you instant, competitive rates, as well as amendments at no cost, on most shipments (please note this does not apply to cancellations and no-shows).
