If user role is consignee as party to shipment, user will be able to assign release to party for that shipment.

1. Click Account  located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
2. In "Delivery order" widget input shipment & click on Request Delivery Order.
3. To add Release to party click on + Release to party.
4. To Search party whom you want to add as Release to party, please input Trading Name, Country & click on Search.
5. To add new party fill in the details and click Submit.
6. Once code is selected and submitted it will be sent to our customer service team for processing.
7. You can view status for your request in MY CASES.
