How long does it take to confirm a booking?
We are committed to confirming or updating all booked shipments as soon as possible. For bookings where a new partner has been selected, the processing time may take longer than usual for all new partners. There is a vetting process in place to secure the authenticity of the details we have received. You will get a booking notification on our platform and via email.
