HSE System & Compliance Manager

Key responsibilities
Establish and maintain ISO 14001&45001 system and related processes.
Evaluate legal and other requirements, lead resolution of compliance issues and audits.
Develop tracking systems for new and changing legal requirements; assess their impact and lead action planning.
Lead ISO 14001&45001 internal & external audit.
Lead implementation of HSE process compliance audit.
Develop and manage processes for government audits/inspections, including follow-up and feedback.
Oversee “three simultaneous” assessments for new projects (pre-assessment, control effectiveness, final acceptance).
Build and maintain communication channels with HSE-related government agencies; engage in authority activities and implement required actions.
Lead the environmental team for compliance (PDP, EIA, monitoring, air emission, wastewater, hazardous waste).
Develop new HSE rules and procedures as required. - Dual-Prevention Mechanism, Clean Production Audit.
We are looking for a candidate with
Bachelor’s degree or above in safety, environment, engineering, or related fields.
Over 8 years of system management experience in multinational manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in communication with stakeholders.
Familiarity with HSE laws, regulations, standards, and international standards.
High initiative and ability to drive and lead change.
Experience in projects management is preferred.
Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
