    • Shipment-related user tasks and their completion status will be visible
    • Real-time customs status will be available for advanced manifest submissions for Europe, South Africa, China and Japan
    • Real-time customs status will be available for import manifest submission for some countries (Denmark, Finland, Tanzania and Kenya)
  • Location/port aliases issue will be resolved in the shipping instruction old/classic journey

An outage is expected from 9:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC and may cause a minor disruption to online services from 11:01 UTC to 15:00 UTC.

Please note:

Other systems will also undergo some enhancement activities on the same day (11 December 2021) from 08:30 UTC – 18:00 UTC. This will not result in an outage but may potentially cause minor to no disruptions.
