We optimize our digital platforms periodically to provide a seamless user experience and facilitate your business in the best way possible.

As part of those efforts, we are upgrading our documentation systems on 16 October 2021. During this period, you might experience documents being unavailable on the websites.

  • Documentation

An outage is expected from 03:30 UTC to 07:00 UTC and may cause a minor disruption to online services. Once the enhancement is completed, all the documents will be available again.

Scheduled enhancement activity: 01:00 UTC – 23:30 UTC

All other key digital services, apart from the ones listed above, will remain accessible without any interruption.
