Resolving shipping instructions’ and SI emails’ issues with our latest website enhancement

We optimize our digital platforms periodically to provide a seamless user experience and facilitate your business in the best way possible.

As part of those efforts, SSP will be deploying Release 79 on May 22, 2021. During the implementation of this website enhancement activity, there may be an outage and minor disruptions to some digital services.

Online services impacted:

• Booking
• Shipment Binder
• Shipment Overview
• Shipping Instructions
• Order Bill of Lading

Outage is expected from 9:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC and may cause a very minimal disruption to services from 11:01 to 15:00 UTC.

Please note:

Other interfacing systems will also undergo some maintenance / upgrade activities on the same day (May 22, 2021) from 10:30 UTC and will end on the following day (23rd of May) 3:00 UTC. This will not result in an any outage but may potentially cause minor to no disruptions.
