As an importer, we appreciate how important it is to get hold of your cargo and to know if it has arrived. Therefore, Maersk is glad to introduce the instant cargo release service - a first of its kind in the industry.

You can now get hold of the delivery order as soon as the request is placed online. The delivery order arrives in pdf format in your email inbox almost instantly.

Being a new service, it is currently restricted to only merchant haulage shipments and to a few countries. We are working to extend this service to more countries.

Lastly to avail this service, you will have to ensure that all the pre-requisites have been met.
