Submit your shipping instructions

In order to load your container(s), we need information about the shipper/consignee and the cargo. All this should be provided in the Shipping Instruction. (Container stuffing details can be uploaded via an Excel file.) You can see the deadlines for submitting Shipping Instructions in the Overview and Binder tabs.

If your shipment was created as a duplicate of a previous shipment, all of the details will be copied into the Shipping Instruction.

How to submit shipping instructions

  1. Click Account App Store located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
  2. Click on Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview - Export.
  3. Click Pending task on Shipment Overview and select Submit to view list of bookings with missing Shipping Instruction or view the Overview page in Shipment Binder.
  4. Click Submit shipping instruction.

Who can submit shipping instructions

The following shipment parties can submit shipping instructions:

  1. Booked by party
  2. Price owner
  3. Switched shipper / Doc shipper / Shipper (based on priority e.g. if a Doc shipper & Shipper is present then only Doc shipper can submit shipping instruction)
  4. Outward Forwarder
  5. First notify party
  6. Additional notify party
  7. Contractual Carrier's Outward Agent

Amend verify copy

It allows user to amend shipping instruction once the verify copy is ready. This action will result in a new version of the verify copy. The following shipment parties can perform this action

  1. Transport document receiver
  2. Outward Forwarder

Amend bill of lading

It allows user to amend shipping instruction once the original bill of lading is ready. This action will result in a new version of the bill of lading. The following shipment parties can perform this action

  1. Transport document receiver
  2. Outward Forwarder
