Re-submit the shipping instructions

If for some reasons the shipping instructions have not been received, then you can easily re-submit the same details again.

How to re-submit the shipping instructions

  1. Click Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview or use Track shipments to search for a shipment.
  2. When you have found the relevant shipment that you want to re-submit, click on it to access the Shipment Binder.
  3. In the Shipment Binder click Re-submit shipping instructions.
